Accurately produce Schematic Design documents
Must demonstrate an understanding of building and accessibility codes as it relates to the project
Able to interpret Zoning Regulations and Land Use Design guidelines
Communicate with City Officials as needed for site design
Ability to produce 3D models and renderings
Required Education & Experience
3-4 years experience in Architecture
Multi-family experience required
Degree in Architecture
Experience in SketchUp 3D Modeling and design software required
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Must have Site Design experience
Knowledge of architectural Schematic Design drawing co-ordination
Knowledge of MS Office programs
